Lancaster, Pa.- The Lancaster Bible Men's Basketball team has released its 2021-22 schedule which is highlighted by a pair of NCAA Division I exhibition games against Campbell University and Robert Morris University.
The Chargers tip-off the season by facing Baruch College in the William Marshall Tip-Off Tournament hosted by Franklin & Marshall on Friday, November 12 at 5:30 p.m. LBC will then take part in the Coaches vs Cancer Tournament hosted by Geneva College on November 19-20. In that tournament, the Chargers will face the hosts Geneva on Friday and Grove City on Sunday. LBC will make its long awaited home opener on Tuesday, November 23 when they face York College at 7:00 p.m.
Lancaster Bible will then play the first of their exhibition matchups against Campbell University on November 30. The Chargers will travel to Buies Creek, N.C. to face the Fighting Campbells who are a member of the Big South Conference. On December 8, LBC will travel to Moon Township, Pa. to face Robert Morris University of the Horizon League.
The Chargers open United East Conference play when they host Morrisville St. on Friday, December 3 at 6:00 p.m. That weekend the Chargers will also play host to Wells College. Before the Winter Break, the Chargers take on Neumann University, Cabrini University and Eastern University in nonconference matchups.
After the Holiday Break, Lancaster Bible will dive head first into conference play, participating in 14 conference matchups. A standout matchup for the Chargers will be when they host new conference members St. Mary's College of Mary on February 12. The Chargers will close the regular season with by hosting defending conference champions Penn State Harrisburg on February 19.
