Lancaster Bible College 8, Albright 1

The Lancaster Bible College Men's Tennis team rolled past Albright by a score of 8-1 in the team's season opener on Thursday, September 30.

Singles
The Chargers turn to Devon Clemmer for the #1 singles match and he came through winning a competitive match by a score of 6-4, 6-1. Micah Weaver stepped to take on the #2 singles match and picked up a 6-0, 6-3 victory. In the #3 singles match, Malachi Bomgardner rolled to a 6-2, 6-0 win. AJ Kwiatkowski won the #4 singles match by a score of 6-2, 6-1. The final team point was won by Andrew Moore, who picked up a 6-4, 6-2 victory in the #6 singles match.

Doubles
The Men's Tennis team swept the doubles matches with the team of Devon Clemmer and Micah Weaver winning the #1 doubles match by a score of 8-4. In the #2 doubles matchup, AJ Kwiatkowski and Malachi Bomgardner powered to an 8-1 victory. Spencer Grogan and Andrew Moore completed the sweep, winning the #3 doubles match by a score of 8-5.

The Women's Tennis team will travel to face Elizabethtown College on Saturday October 2 at 12:00 p.m.
