The Lancaster Bible College men's tennis team dropped their first match at the Spring Tennis Fest held in Hilton Head, S.C., losing to Greenville University 9-0 on Monday, March 14.
 
Singles
- In the #1 singles match, Devon Clemmer took a pair of games in each set, losing 6-2, 6-2
- Micah Weaver dropped his singles match, losing 6-0. 6-1
- Malachi Bomgardner dropped the #5 singles match 6-0, 6-1
- Josh Jarvis battled to the end, eventually falling 6-1, 6-3
- The #5 singles match featured AJ Kwiatkowski taking two points during the final set
- The final singles match saw Devyn Kintzer fall 6-3, 6-1
 
Doubles
- The team of Devon Clemmer and Josh Jarvis battled hard in the #1 Doubles match, falling 8-2
- Micha Weaver and Malachi Bomgardner dropped the #2 Doubles match, losing by a score of 8-2
- The final doubles matchup saw AJ Kwiatkowski and Devyn Kintzer fall by a score of 8-3

Coaching Points
"Today, in our first Spring Tennis Fest match, we had a great opportunity to play against a high-quality team," said head coach Rod Baughman. "It stretched us and will pay dividends as we move forward. I thought Devon Clemmer and Josh Jarvis played really well today!  Excited to be back out on the courts Wednesday!"

The men's tennis team will continue play in the Spring Tennis Fest, taking on Western Connecticut St. on Wednesday, March 16 at 4:30 p.m.
