How it Happened
The Lancaster Bible College men's volleyball team dropped a road match up with #14 Juniata College, falling in straight sets on Friday, March 25.
The Chargers (14-8 Overall) traded points early in the first set with the Eagles, with 
Dawson Forney and 
Elijah Herb each picking up kills. Juniata (20-5 Overall) grabbed momentum, going on a 4-1 run to take a 10-5 lead. LBC tried to fight back with a service ace by Forney cutting the deficit down to three, but Juniata used two more big runs to pull away and win the first set 25-16.
LBC once again trailed early in the second set when a pair of kills by 
Hunter Davis sparked a 3-1 run making the score 11-9. The Chargers remained within two points for much of the set, but the Eagles went on a 3-0 run to close out the second set and extend their lead in the match.
Kole Horst and Herb powered LBC's offense early in the third set, tying the set at six. After Juniata grabbed the lead, the teams traded the next several points, with the Eagles holding a 15-14 lead. A 6-0 run put the set out of reach for the Chargers, giving Juniata a 25-17 victory.

Who's Next
The Chargers return home to face Wilson College and St. Elizabeth University in a tri-match on Saturday, March 26 beginning at 9:00 a.m. LBC will celebrate senior day before the 1:00 p.m. match.
