How It Happened
The Lancaster Bible College women's tennis team took down St. Elizabeth University by a score of 9-0 on Friday, April 1.

Singles
- Cara DiCiano cruised to a clean sweep in the #1 singles match, winning 6-0, 6-0.
- Kenedi Berkhimer gave up one game in the second set, but held on for the 6-0, 6-1 win.
- In the #3 singles match, Chloe Campbell put up LBC's second sweep of the day, winning in straight sets.
- Alycia Eglauer took down her Eagles opponent in straight sets, winning by a score of 6-0, 6-1.
- Camryn Burkholder followed both DiCiano and Campbell, sweeping her #5 singles opponent 6-0, 6-0.
- In the final singles match, Kyrstin Jarvis won in straight sets 6-1, 6-0.
 
Doubles
- Cara DiCiano and Madi Strickler only gave up one game, winning the #1 doubles match 8-1.
- The duo of Kenedi Berkhimer and Chloe Campbell shut out their Eagles duo 8-0.
- In the third doubles match, Camryn Burkholder and Kyrstin Jarvis powered to an easy 8-0 victory.
 
Coaching Points
"Our ladies jumped out early in doubles and played well today!" said head coach Rod Baughman.
 
Who's Next
The women's tennis team will begin United East play when they travel to St. Mary's College of Maryland on Tuesday, April 5 at 4:00 p.m.
