The Lancaster Bible College men's and women's track and field teams traveled to Ursinus College in Collegeville, Pa. on Saturday to compete in the Frank Colden Invitational at the Floy Lewis Bakes Field House. Both teams took advantage of the opportunity given as a tune up for the NCCAA Indoor Championships, which take place next weekend. The men finished 14
th out of a total of 23 teams, scoring 13 points on the day. The women competed well, finishing 7
th out of 24 teams and amassing 33.5 points.

The Chargers saw two more competitors qualify for the NCCAA Indoor Championships, which will take place next weekend.
Mitchell Gray finished 7
th in the 5,000 meters with a time of 15:42.19, a time good enough to send him to Cedarville, Ohio where the championships will take place.
Emma Rohn also had an impressive day, not only qualifying for the pentathlon, but setting a personal record which helped her earn 8
th overall with 2021 points on the day.

Kara Huber broke a school record in the pole vault at a height of 2.90 meters on Saturday as well, helping her finish 5
th overall.

The Chargers also saw several individuals place in their respective events including:
- Leah Bergey (60m Hurdles) – 1st place with a time of 9.20.
- Leah Bergey (High Jump) – 1st Place with a height of 1.62m (5'3.75").
- Jalen Glasgow (High Jump) – 8th Place with a height of 1.73m (5'8").
- Jack Dearborn (Long Jump) – 5th Place with a jump of 6.08m.
- Jalen Glasgow (Long Jump) – 6th Place with a jump of 6.03m.
- Mitchell Gray (5,000m) – 7th Place with a time of 15:42.19.
- Kara Huber (Pole Vault) – 5th Place with a height of 2.90m.

The men's and women's relay teams also had exceptional performances:
- Women 4x200m – 4th Place Overall | 1:54.44 (School Record) | Elizabeth Lieb, Kendal Ream, Janae Bergey, and Kara Huber
- Men 4x200m – 8th Place Overall | 1:38.67 | Jack Dearborn, Devyn Kintzer, Adam Horning, and Jalen Glasgow
