The Lancaster Bible College women's lacrosse team traveled to Bryn Mawr, Pa. on Wednesday afternoon to compete against the Owls of Bryn Mawr. Hot off a 15-13 win on Saturday, the Chargers lost 3-18, falling to 2-3 overall on the year. The Owls improved to 4-1 overall.

How It Happened: The Chargers looked to start just the way they started on Saturday, but came up empty in the first period while giving up five Owls goals. The Owls scored three more goals until the Chargers sophomore
Lindsey Weaver found the back of the net off an assist from sophomore
Katelyn Lemaszewski, to give them their first of the game. Weaver managed to find the net one more time before half, but the Chargers gave up four more goals.

The Owls scored four more goals in the third period to give them a 2-16 lead. In the fourth period the Owls scored two goals while the Chargers senior
Kym Kouterick scored one more Charger goal to end the game.

By the Numbers: The Chargers were outshot 33-6 by the Owls… had 23 turnovers to 18 turnovers from the Owls… the Chargers had three saves… Weaver had two goals… Kouterick added a goal… Lemaszewski added an assist.

Information to Know: The Chargers are 2-5 overall versus Bryn Mawr… the last time the two programs saw each other was in 2017 when the Chargers won 17-5.
