The Lancaster Bible College women's lacrosse team traveled to Huntingdon, Pa. to compete against the Juniata Eagles on Wednesday. The Chargers fell 25-0 in their last non-conference competition of 2023. The Chargers fall to 3-10 overall while the Eagles improve to 12-4 overall.
 
How It Happened: It was lopsided from the start as the Eagles scored 11 first-quarter goals to begin the game. Despite the big lead, the Chargers defense stepped up, only allowing three goals in the second period to limit the Eagles to an 14-0 first half lead.
 
The Chargers looked to find the net in the second half, but weren't able to find any luck as the Eagles held the Chargers scoreless and scored 11 more second half goals to run to a 25-0 victory.
 
By the Numbers: The Eagles had 39 shots to the Chargers' three shots… the Chargers tallied nine saves and eight ground balls… the Eagles had three saves and 22 ground balls… 
Kassandra Horning had four ground balls, 
Lindsey Weaver and 
Katelynn Perrotta had three and two draw controls respectively… Yeager had four goals for the Eagles.
