How it Happened:
After some empty possessions and a La Salle 3-pointer, senior

Bennett Bowers hit a corner three to cut the lead to four. Two minutes later, junior
Camden Hurst broke free on a fastbreak for a layup, then junior
Marco Cabezas connected on a layup after a steal by junior
Connor Storr to get LBC to ten points. Storr then knocked down a deep three inside 12 minutes to cut the lead to 19-13, then La Salle had the next seven before senior
Tyshaun Pulley knocked down a corner three. The Explorers then went on a 21-point scoring run over the next six minutes, with senior
Nile Austin ending the surge with a made 3-pointer. The Chargers trailed 47-19 heading into the halftime break.

The Chargers scored first in the second half as Storr knocked down a three off an assist from Hurst, then he hit a mid-range jumper off an assist from Austin for a five-point run in the first two minutes. La Salle controlled the next four minutes of play with nine in a row, with Pulley ending the run on a contested jumper and sophomore
Doug Adiok adding a layup right after. Hooks then completed a tough and-one layup, then after four La Salle points Hurst had a good floater for two. Storr got a layup to go in transition, then found Hurst for a corner three leading into the under-eight timeout. Junior
Trey Grube connected on a 3-pointer out of the timeout, then Hurst went 2-2 from the line to cap an 11-point run for the Chargers. The Explorers had the next eight points in a row before the final media break, then the Chargers emptied their bench for the final minutes, winding down the clock with freshman
