The Lancaster Bible College Baseball team traveled to Wilkes-Barre, Pa. on Tuesday afternoon falling 9-8 in the bottom of the 9

The Chargers found a swift response however as
Evan Sareyka opened the inning with a three run homerun followed by another two run shot by Colarossi. Another Witkowski score brought their lead to 7-4 after six innings of play. Monarchs scored two more in their side of the inning to close the gap 7-6.
An error in the 7
th inning brought
Malachi Sloane home and gave the Chargers a two-run cushion, 8-6. But the Monarchs again answered this time tying it at 8-8 on a two run single. Keeping things even through the top of nine innings, it was the Monarchs that came away with the winning run in the bottom of the 9
