Moravian continued to run it up as they outscored LBC 13-1 over the next four minutes to lead 23-4, but the Chargers scored eight straight after that on made 3-pointers by Jacob Lewis (Fr.) and Trey Grube (Jr.). Grube stayed hot as he began his day 4-4 from three, hitting three more deep shots to trim the lead to single-digits at 28-20. The Chargers continued to battle back into the game over the final four minutes as Hurst scored six in a row and Nile Austin (Sr.) knocked down a three, helping the Chargers cut the lead to six at halftime at 47-41.

The Chargers got as close as five early in the second half as Hurst hit a jumper and Bennett Bowers (So.) hit two free throws, staying within single-digits for the first six minutes. Then, Moravian hit a three to go up 12 with 13 minutes to play and LBC didn't get back within single-digits until almost the eight-minute mark, running away from there as they kept their lead consistent. The Greyhounds led by as many as 25 points late in the game as the benches were emptied and players like Matt Johnson (Fr.) and Micah Gray (Fr.) got their first career points, leading to a road loss for the Chargers by 18.
