Lancaster Bible College men's and women's track and field were back on the road to Alvernia to compete in the PLEX Shootout. The Chargers saw four school records broken, ten top ten, and two first place finishes.
The first of the two first place finishes would be the men's distance medley relay team, including
David Helms,
Ethan Dell,
Gavin Hunter, and Jay Royal, finishing in 11:28.75.
David Helms would go on to get his own first place finish in the 3000-meter race as he finished in a time of 8:57.72.
Elly Bruner would also go on to get two top five finishes, both ranking her in the top 100 of all division three: high jump (47
th) and long jump (55
th).
