The United East Conference released their weekly award winners for last week on Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning, with the Chargers earning two honors as Men's Golf freshman
Jon Breinich earned Golfer of the Week and Men's Outdoor Track & Field sophomore
Kyle Durkin earned Field Athlete of the Week. This is the fourth weekly honor of the season for Breinich and second consecutive this season while Durkin earns his second United East honor of Outdoor season and the fifth weekly honor of his career.

Breinich took the spotlight once again for Men's Golf as the Chargers took home second place in the Pull The Pin Spring Invitational at Lebanon Country Club last Monday and Tuesday. Jon led the way for the Chargers, clinching the individual title in the event at +3 over two days after tying for first place and winning the playoff hole to finish in first for the tournament. This is the second individual title of the season for the LBC freshman, claiming first in the Alvernia Fall Invitational back on October 7. The Chargers also wrapped up competition yesterday in the F&M Spring Invitational at Bent Creek Country Club, with Jon leading the Chargers there as well with a sixth-place finish at +8 across two rounds.

Durkin earned his second conference weekly honor of the second time with a record-setting performance on Saturday in the Javelin Throw. Kyle threw for 59.66 Meters at the Millersville Invite, claiming first the event and breaking his own LBC program record by over three meters. Durkin now ranks first in the United East in the Javelin Throw by over four meters (15 feet) and ranks second in the NCCAA in the event, just one inch behind the leader. Additionally, Kyle is now 23rd in all of NCAA Division III in Javelin Throw, putting him among the national leaders in the event and close to qualifying for the National Championships for NCAA.

For Breinich and the rest of the Men's Golf team, the Chargers are set to wrap up their season this weekend on Friday and Saturday, April 24-25 in the United East Championships at Dauphin Highlands (hosted by Penn St. Harrisburg). For Durkin and the rest of the Men's Outdoor Track & Field team, the Chargers have one more regular season meet as they compete in the Tune-Up Meet hosted by Elizabethtown College on Friday and Saturday, April 24-25.
