The Lancaster Bible College Men's Golf team wrapped up its 2025-26 season with a third-place finish at the United East Conference Championship on Saturday, April 25 at Dauphin Highlands Golf Course. The Chargers combined for a two-day score of 623 (+47) to close out the weekend competition.
Freshman Clark Brubacher led the way for the Chargers, carding a career-best 151 (+7) to finish third overall. His standout performance earned him the United East Rookie of the Year honor. Fellow freshman Jon Breinich and senior Brady Wiggins each tied for 13th place with a combined score of 156 (+12). Wiggins posted rounds of 78 and 78, while Breinich followed with a 76 on day one and an 80 on day two.
Sophomore Matthew Wilson finished tied for 18th after recording back-to-back rounds of 80 for a total score of 160 (+16). Freshman Cole Stoltzfus rounded out the Chargers lineup, tying for 23rd place with a 167 (+23) after shooting an 80 in the opening round and an 87 in the final round.
In addition to his performance on the course, Wiggins was recognized as the United East Elite 21 Award winner for his excellence in academics and athletics. The senior business administration major carries a 3.96 GPA.
Penn College Wildcats claimed its fourth consecutive United East Conference Championship after shooting a 612 (+36), while Penn State Harrisburg Lions finished second with a 616 (+40). Peyton Moyer of Penn St. Berks earned Individual Champion and Player of the Year honors after firing rounds of 74 and 73 for a tournament-best 147 (+3). Gary Johnson of Penn St. Harrisburg was named Coach of the Year.
