2017: Welsh started and appeared in all 32 of Lancaster Bible's games...He was second on the team with a .367 batting average and tied for second with 44 hits...He led the team with 11 home runs and was second on the team with 35 RBIs...Welsh had a team-high nine doubles and led the Chargers with 88 total bases...He was named to the NEAC All-Conference First Team, and also earned a spot on the D3baseball.come Mid-Atlantic Region Third Team.

2016: Welsh started and appeared in 27 games for Lancaster Bible as a freshman...He batted .415 and was second on the team with five home runs...Welsh was third on the team with 39 hits, 12 of which were for extra bases...Was named to the NEAC All-Conference 1st Team.
