2021-22: Hilton appeared in all 31 games for Lancaster Bible in his final season, starting in 27 of those contests. His 298 total points were third on the team and 11th in the United East, and he was also one of three Chargers that brought in 100+ rebounds with 109. He made 26 3-Pointers on 36.6% shooting, and he swiped 25 steals. Hilton scored a season-high 18 points at SUNY Morrisville on January 28, shooting 3-4 from 3-Point range and 5-6 from the free throw line.

2020-21: Tyler Hilton played and started in all 17 games for the Chargers during the 2020-21 Season. In about 20 minutes per game, he averaged 7.9 points and 2.5 rebounds. He also made 12 3-pointers and shot 79.1% from the free throw line. Hilton scored in double figures four times, including a 20-point performance against SAGU American Indian College in the NCCAA National Tournament on March 18.

2019-20: Hilton appeared in 22 games as a junior, and played a season-high 23 minutes against York on November 20. He averaged 1.7 points and 1.1 rebounds per game, and scored a season-best seven points against Cazenovia on February 15.

2018-19: Hilton saw action in 24 of Lancaster Bible's 27 games as a sophomore. He averaged 2.9 points and 1.4 rebounds per game. Hilton had a season-high 11 points against Dickinson on December 13.

2017-18: Hilton appeared in six games as a freshman, and averaged 2.2 points and one rebound per game. He scored a season-best four points in a win over Bryn Athyn on February 17.
