2023: Kidder made 18 appearances for the Chargers and eight starts in 2023 with 28 at-bats. He had four hits, including a double and a triple with three RBI against Gettysburg on March 21. He also drew three walks, hit a sacrifice fly, and stole three bases, providing valuable speed off the bench as a pinch runner in many games.

2022: Andrew Kidder played in 19 games for Lancaster Bible in 2022, making 11 starts. He posted a .304 batting average in 46 at-bats, with 14 base hits and 10 runs scored. He also stole four bases and drove in six RBIs, drawing 4 walks as well. Kidder hit his first career home run at home against conference rival Penn St. Harrisburg on April 23. Andrew Kidder also had four multi-hit games, including a 2-RBI game against Wells College on May 1 with two runs scored.
