2023: Molly Gray played seven times for Lancaster Bible in 2023, starting six games. She recorded seven ground balls and one caused turnover, adding a goal against Alliance in a home win on March 3.

2022: Gray played in all 17 games for the Chargers in her first season, starting 11 times. She put together a season of continuous growth, taking 14 shots on the season with a SOG rate of 85.7%, the highest on the team (min. 10 shots). Her first career goal came against La Roche on April 9 when she racked up three of them for the game, including back-to-back unassisted goals in the final three minutes. Gray finished the season with six goals and two assists, tallying a total of eight points. She also collected 18 ground balls and forced 11 turnovers for the Chargers.
