2024: Stephan played in 33 games for the Chargers in his first season, starting 20 games with 82 at-bats. He finished third on the team with a .354 batting average, connecting on 29 hits and leading all freshman with 27 runs scored. Stephan was one of three Chargers to record a triple in 2024, legging out three bases on March 25 against Penn St. Berks as part of his season-high four hits in the game. Shane led all freshman with 14 walks and finished with 18 RBI, with two 3-RBI games against both Penn St. Berks (Mar. 25) and Mount Aloysius (Apr. 17). Stephan also had 16 stolen bases and had the best batting average against conference opponents on the team with a .429 average on 15 hits.
