Weber enters his first year as associate head coach for the 2023-24 season where his primary roles will be the pitching coach and assisting with gameday management. Weber was previously the head baseball coach at Palmyra Area High School from 2016 - 2022. He also has played an integral part in the player development for the Mid-State Mavericks Baseball Academy out of Central Pennsylvania.Â
Prior to coaching, Neil played professionally from 1993-2000 with the Montreal Expos, Arizona Diamondbacks, Los Angeles Dodgers, Cincinnati Reds and Baltimore Orioles. He briefly played in the MLB with the Arizona Diamondbacks in 1998. Weber grew up in Newport Beach, CA and played collegiately at Cuesta College in San Luis Obispo, CA.
Neil is married to Tara, and they have two daughters: Chandler and Ashley and they live in Palmyra, PA.
