2023: Mark Cullins played in a career-most 14 games for the Chargers in his final season, starting eight times with 31 at-bats in the lineup. He tallied four hits and four runs scored, notching his first career extra-base hit on March 26 with a double against St. Mary's (Md.), then another on April 8 against Gallaudet. As a catcher, Cullins had 54 putouts and six assists with just two errors in 14 games, helping turn one double play and throwing out three runners caught stealing.

2022: Cullins appeared in nine games behind the plate for Lancaster Bible in 2022, starting seven times. he posted a .194 batting average in 31 at-bats, knocking six hits and drawing four walks, scoring seven times. On top of stealing three bases of his own, Cullins also threw a runner out from behind the plate. He had a 94.7% fielding percentage with just four errors to 69 putouts. He had two multi-hit games, one at Penn St. Abington on April 9 and the other in a 10-inning contest at Juniata on April 13.
