Previous Seasons
2024: Molly Gray started all 17 games as a senior for the Chargers, leading the team with nine total points. Gray was the only player on the Chargers to score multiple goals this season, netting four scores including a season-high two in Lancaster Bible's 2-0 win over Eastern Mennonite on August 31. Four goals tied Gray for 13th in the United East and led the team in shots on goal with 12, ranking 17th in the conference. In the Division III era of LBC Field Hockey, Molly finishes her career as the all-time leader in goals (27), points (58), shots (131), and shots on goal (88), also sitting at third with four career assists. Gray is also tied for the most game-winning goals in DIII history with three, two in 2023 and one in 2024 against EMU.

2023: Gray returned to form in her junior season, starting all 17 games and powering the Chargers' offense all season. Molly led the team and was tied for third in the United East with 10 goals, tying her career-high and putting a team-leading 27 shots on goal. She scored multiple goals in four different games, including a hat-trick of three goals on 13 shots in a 7-0 win over Wells College on October 8. She also earned a conference Player of the Week honor on October 10 after scoring five goals and taking 20 shots that week. Gray was one of six Chargers to play 1,000+ minutes in 2023 with 1,047, averaging about 2.6 shots per game getting 61.4% of her shots on goal. Gray's stellar season earned her a spot on the United East All-Conference 1st Team.

2022: Molly Gray played in and started all 16 games for the Chargers in 2022. She was second on the team with three goals scored and connected on one assist for a total of seven points on the season. She also took the second-most shots for the Chargers, firing 21 shots including 12 shots on goal. Gray also made two defensive saves on the season, the firsts of her career. Molly's best game came against Bryn Athyn on September 28 where she scored two goals and put all four of her shots on goal.

2021: Gray started and appeared in all of Lancaster Bible's 16 games during her first season in Lancaster. She made her collegiate debut on September 3 at Eastern Mennonite. Gray led the Chargers with 10 goals and 21 points, and her 50 shots were also the most on the team. Gray was named CSAC Offensive Player of the Week on September 6. She was also named to the CSAC All-Conference Honorable Mention Team.
