2024-25: Praylow played all 27 games in his fifth and final year, starting all but one game with 25.1 minutes per game. He scored 3.7 points per game with 100 total points on the year, notching a career-high 16 points against Penn St. Berks on January 25. Jordan was a distributor on offense, leading the Chargers with 86 assists on the year, landing him eighth in the United East in total assists and 11th in the conference with 3.2 assists per game. Praylow had 12 games with at least four assists including a career-high nine dimes against Rosemont on January 4. He had 79 rebounds and 33 steals as well to round out his numbers, matching a career-high with four steals against Notre Dame (Md.) on February 22 in the United East Quarterfinals. Praylow finishes his career with the third-most games played in program history with 123, also tied for 12th all-time in assists with 254 in total.

2023-24: Jordan Praylow played in all 26 games for the Chargers in his senior season, playing 12.4 minutes per game. He helped work the offense well with the second-most assists on the team, tallying 57 dimes for over two per game. His season-high seven assists helped lead the Chargers past Penn St. Berks on February 7 and he had eight games with 4+ assists. Though he didn't score more than five points in any game this season, Praylow was an important part of the Lancaster Bible team with 65 rebounds and 18 steals, adding three blocks and six made threes. After four seasons with the Chargers, Jordan has amassed 166 points, 162 rebounds, and 168 assists.

2022-23: Praylow played in 28 of Lancaster Bible's 29 games as a junior, making one start and playing 339 minutes. He scored 53 total points and shot over 40% from 3-point range (9-21), also playing strong defense with 45 rebounds and 14 steals. Praylow also showed great court vision with 49 total assists on the season, including a season-high eight dimes in a home win over Cabrini on December 8. Jordan's highest scoring game of the season came in a road conference win over Penn College on February 14 where he dropped 15 points on 6-6 shooting, adding two rebounds and four assists.

2021-22: Jordan Praylow played in 28 contests for the Chargers in 2021-22, starting three games. He scored a total of 54 points during the season, shooting 11-28 (39.3%) from 3-point range. Praylow made a big impact in the passing game with 56 assists, the fourth-highest total on the team, in just over 11 minutes per game. Jordan's best overall performance was against Penn St. Berks on February 9, scoring six points and dishing a season-high six assists.

2020-21: Praylow appeared in 14 games as a freshman for Lancaster Bible during the 2020-21 season. He totaled 97 minutes for the Chargers, scoring 17 points and dishing six assists in that span. He scored a season-high nine points against Salisbury on February 12 and sunk three 3-pointers on the season.
