Devon Clemmer was named the Head Men’s and Women’s Tennis Coach at Lancaster Bible College in August of 2023. Clemmer is the 16th coach in program history.
In his first year with the Chargers, Clemmer led the women’s team to a bid in the United East Conference Playoffs. He also had four United East All-Conference honorees and six CSC Academic All-District student-athletes.
Clemmer is an alum of Lancaster Bible (’23) earning his bachelor’s degree in Pastoral Ministry. As a student-athlete, Clemmer was an All-Conference selection twice, accruing over 25 singles victories and 25 doubles victories.
Clemmer also works within Lancaster Bible’s Admissions Department, serving as the support coordinator.

Season-by-Season Highlights
2023-24: Despite a difficult season for the men, the women achieved a 7-11 overall record clinching a spot in the 2024 United East Playoffs before falling to the two-seed St. Mary’s (Md.). The women had four All-Conference selections in Jania Weist and Susannah Clawser for singles and Natalie Hoover and Sierra Hartmann for doubles.
