2024: Ben Latham made an important adjustment for the Chargers in 2024, starting at libero in all 29 matches and anchoring the defense. He finished second in the United East with 277 digs and 2.95 digs per set, racking up four conference Defensive Player of the Week honors and posting 15 matches with 10+ digs. Latham's best conference game came against Cairn in the United East Championship, leading the defense with 12 digs and three assists, and he posted a career-high 21 digs on April 5 in a five-set win over Stevenson. In addition to earning a United East 1st Team All-Conference selection, Latham was named United East Defensive Player of the Year to round out his stellar sophomore season.

2023: Latham played in 25 matches and started nine times as a freshman, amassing 78 total points. Rotating in at outside, Ben smashed 55 kills on the season, with a season-high eight kills against Geneva (Pa.) on January 28 at the NCCAA National Invitational. Latham shined on the defensive end of the ball, getting 106 digs and four blocks, with the digs being the sixth-most on the team in 2023. He reached a season-high with 16 digs on January 28 versus Geneva (Pa.) and had six games with 8+ digs.
