2023-24: Isaiah Mitchell had a standout senior year, playing in all 26 games and putting up career-high numbers. He finished fourth on the team with 24 steals, scoring 108 total points on 39% from the field and 69.8% from the free throw line. Isaiah also crashed the boards well with 87 rebounds, including 36 offensive rebounds for second on the team. Mitchell scored a career-high 14 points in the season opener over Allegheny on November 10, with a career-high eight rebounds against Pitt-Greensburg on December 31. He finishes his Charger career with 161 points, 132 rebounds, 40 assists, and 38 steals.

2022-23: Mitchell played in 27 games for the Chargers as a junior, clocking almost 200 minutes and providing solid defense off the bench. He had 11 steals to just six turnovers, scoring 40 total points with 27 rebounds. Mitchell played a season-high 19 minutes against Elizabethtown on January 4 and tied his career-high with six points in a road win over St. Mary's (Md.) on January 25.

2021-22: Isaiah Mitchell played in 17 games for Lancaster Bible in 2021-22. He scored 12 points and pulled down 16 rebounds, adding six key assists early in the season. Mitchell scored a season-high six points at Cabrini on December 11, and added two rebounds and a steal.

2020-21: Isaiah Mitchell appeared in three games for the Chargers during the 2020-21 season. He booked six minutes on the season, scoring against SAGU American Indian College in the NCCAA National Tournament on March 18.
