Previous Seasons
2025: Fletcher appeared in all 29 matches for Lancaster Bible in her junior season, starting 12 times and leading the team with 100 total sets played. She put together her second straight season with over 200 kills, finishing with 208 in all and averaging 2.08 kills per set for third on the team. Jess also finished second on the team with 240.5 total points, helping on the defensive end with 28 total blocks and 111 digs. She landed 10+ kills in eight matches including a season-high 16 on the road against Dickinson on September 24. Jessica earned her first career postseason honor this year as she was named to the United East All-Conference Second Team.

2024: Jessica Fletcher played in all 36 matches for the Chargers in 2024, starting four times. She was one of four Chargers with over 200 kills for the season, knocking 208 on a .108 hitting clip, reaching 10+ kills in four matches with a season-high 15 in the opener against Moravian on August 30. Fletcher improved her blocking game this season, tying for second on the team with 41 total blocks and leading the Chargers with 16 solo blocks. Jessica helped power the Chargers to a NCCAA Mideast Regional title with 11 kills, four digs, and two blocks in a 3-1 win over Ohio Christian on November 22.

2023: Fletcher played in 25 matches in her first season, starting 12 times and appearing in 83 sets. She finished third on the team with 199 kills and second on the team with 619 total attacks as a freshman, reaching double-digit kills in eight games. Jessica knocked a season-high 19 kills against McDaniel on September 19 and swung for a season-high 53 attacks on November 7 in the United East Volt Semifinal match versus Penn St. Harrisburg. She also added 83 digs, 20 blocks, and 24 service aces to round out her first season with the Chargers.
