2022-23: McDowell was a mid-season addition for the Chargers as he appeared in 18 games and played over 10 minutes per contest. He averaged 5.0 ppg off the bench and was efficient from the field, shooting 11-23 (47.8%) from 3-point range and 17-20 (85%) from the free throw line. McDowell also had 14 assists and 38 rebounds while on the floor, registering a season-high 15 points in the Chargers' United East Semifinal game against Wells College to help LBC advance to the conference championship game.
