2023: Abby Donaldson played and started in all 14 games for Lancaster Bible in 2023. She had a solid scoring season on offense, finishing fourth on the team in goals (8), assists (6), and points (14), with the third-most shots at 34 (22 on goal). She also grabbed five ground balls and took eight free-position shots, tied for second-most on the team. Donaldson scored a season-high three goals at La Roche on April 5, adding an assist for a four-point day. Abby also had two games with multiple assists, coming in home wins over both Alliance and Notre Dame (Md.).

2022: Donaldson played in all 17 contests for the Chargers in her first season, starting 16 games. She steadily improved throughout the season, finishing with 12 goals and three assists, tallying 15 points. She also caused eight turnovers and grabbed 10 ground balls on defense. Her first career goal was registered against Keystone on March 5, and Donaldson had a season-high five goals in a 23-20 road win over Notre Dame (Md.).
