2023: Garrett appeared in 11 contests for Lancaster Bible in 2023, including one game in goal. She had seven ground balls and five caused turnovers, and she allowed nine goals on 16 shots with four saves when she played in goal against Juniata. Her consistency on defense earned her a second career All-Conference selection as she was named to the United East All-Conference 2nd Team.
2022: Alexis Garrett started all 17 of the Chargers' contests in goal, posting a record of 11-6 and a 5-1 United East mark. She allowed 13.18 goals per contest, allowing less than 10 goals in six games for the Chargers. Garrett had 10+ saves six times on the season, including a season-high 17 saves against Saint Vincent on March 11.
2021: Garrett started all 10 games as Goalkeeper in 2022 for Lancaster Bible, recording 600 minutes in front of the net. She posted a 6-4 record as a goalie, including a 3-1 mark in NEAC play. She allowed less than five goals three times and had a season-high 14 saves against Immaculata on March 10. Garrett had at least three saves in all ten games with a total of 61 saves and a 35.3% save rate. Alexis Garrett was named to the NEAC All-Conference 2nd Team for her great freshman season, one of five Chargers to earn an All-Conference nod in 2021.
