2022: Steiner appeared in 16 games for Lancaster Bible in 2022. She was a steady producer for the Chargers, scoring 33 goals and connecting on 19 assists to amass 52 points. She scored eight goals off of free position attempts and had at least one goal and one assist in eight games. She also grabbed 21 ground balls caused a career-high 13 turnovers. Steiner's best game came against Maine Maritime on March 1 where she scored a season-high five goals on six shots, dished an assist, and grabbed two ground balls.

2021: Kayla Steiner played in nine contests for the Chargers in their shortened 2021 season. She was third on the team in goals scored, netting 25 goals as well as dishing five assists for a total of 30 points. She was also third for the Chargers with 54 shots and 42 shots on goal, scoring ten times on free position attempts, the second-highest mark on the team. Kayla also grabbed seven ground balls and caused one turnover. Steiner was selected to the NEAC All-Conference 2nd Team in 2021, one of five Chargers to make an All-Conference team.

2020: Steiner appeared in all four of Lancaster Bible's games prior to the season being canceled by the COVID-19 pandemic. She scored her first collegiate goal on February 22 against Delaware Valley, and also collected four ground balls that day. Steiner finished tied for second on the team with 11 shots.
