2024-25: Tyshaun Pulley played in all 27 games for Lancaster Bible during the 2024-25 season with 17 minutes per game. He was fifth on the team in scoring with 163 points, scoring six per game with four double-digit scoring games. His season-high came against Chatham on December 20 with 14 points with six rebounds and two assists in a 92-88 Chargers win. He shot 33.3% on three-pointers and 65.5% on free throws, adding 22 steals and two blocks on defense.

2023-24: Pulley appeared in all 26 games for the Chargers as a junior, averaging about eight minutes per game. He scored in 14 games for a total of 54 points, with a season-high eight points on January 17 against Penn St. Brandywine. Pulley also recorded 40 rebounds and 12 assists on the season, with his first multi-assist game coming in a win over Gallaudet on January 24 with two assists.

2022-23: Tyshaun Pulley played in five games for Lancaster Bible before suffering an injury. He played a season-high 20 minutes in the opener against Eastern Mennonite on November 11, recording five points and four rebounds.

2021-22: Pulley appeared in 22 games for the Chargers during his first season. He tallied 52 points and 36 rebounds, making for a solid freshman contribution. Pulley also had nine steals and two 3-pointers, and 15 of his rebounds were on the offensive glass. Tyshaun had a season-high eight points against Penn St. Harrisburg on February 26 during the United East Championship game, grabbing three rebounds as well.
