2023: Adam Naylor had a great year at the plate for Lancaster Bible in 2023, playing 35 games and posting a career-best .315 batting average, the third-highest for the Chargers among eligible players. He contributed in all facets of the offense, setting career-highs with 29 hits, an .861 OPS, three sacrifice flies, and a .467 slugging %. He hit his first career home run in game one of a conference double-header against Penn St. Abington on April 14, then knocked another one later that day in game two. Naylor also hit his first career triple on May 5 versus Wells College, adding three stolen bases, 12 walks, and 13 RBI to round out the season.

2022: Naylor was an important piece for the Chargers in 2022, starting 29 games in 33 appearances during his sophomore season. In 105 at-bats, he posted a .267 batting average with 28 hits, seven of them being doubles. He had 17 RBIs and scored 23 times, also stealing 11 bases and drawing 20 walks. Adam finished with seven multi-hit games, including a 3-hit game against Juniata on April 13. Naylor drove in a career-high four RBIs in an early-season game against Wilson College on March 4.

2021: Adam Naylor played in 17 games during the 2021 season. He recorded seven hits including two doubles, and he drew seven walks. As a fielder, Naylor had a fielding percentage of 97.2% and recorded 135 put-outs.
