Justin Brubaker was named the 13th head coach in Lancaster Bible Women's Volleyball history in March of 2026 and is entering his first season at the helm for LBC Women's Volleyball. Brubaker served as an Assistant Coach for the Women's Volleyball team in both 2024 and 2025 before being named head coach for the program.
Before arriving in Lancaster, Justin coached at Hannibal-LaGrange University (2013-15), Lindenwood University (2016), and Erskine College (2016-24), helping develop and improve the men's volleyball programs at each stop before joining both the Men's and Women's coaching staff here at Lancaster Bible in 2024.
