Micah Herron was named the 11th head coach in program history in May of 2018. Prior to taking over as head coach, Micah served as an assistant for the 2017 season, in which the Chargers went 12-20 overall and 6-3 in North Eastern Athletic Conference play, advancing to the conference playoffs for the seventh straight season.
Herron graduated from Northland International University (Wis.) in 2011, and was a four-year member of the men's volleyball program, as well as a four-year student-athlete on the men's soccer team where he played alongside current Lancaster Bible Men's Soccer Head CoachÂ

Season-by-Season Highlights
2018: Lancaster Bible put together one of the finest seasons in program history in 2018, as the Chargers finished second in the NEAC, and advanced to the NEAC Final for the first time in program history. Allison Shuey (1st Team), Courtney Goyak (2nd Team), and Ashtyn Bouslog (3rd Team) earned NEAC All-Conference honors. The Chargers posted two six-match winning streaks during the season, including the program's first-ever win over Gallaudet on Oct. 5.
2019: Lancaster Bible went 11-3 over a five-week stretch midway through the season, and finished 7-4 in NEAC play. The Chargers hosted their first-ever NEAC playoff match in early November, but lost to Penn St. Berks in five sets. Lancaster Bible won three straight five-set matches during the regular season, while three players, Aleah Heyworth (2nd Team), Courtney Goyak (3rd Team), and Faith Helman (3rd Team) earned NEAC All-Conference honors.
