2022: Faith Helman played in all 30 games and started 27 times for the Chargers in her final season, playing in a team-high 107 sets. She finished the season with 498 assists, averaging about 4.65 assists/set, adding six kills to her name at a career-best .044 hitting percentage. She was also 4th on the team with 147 digs and landed 28 service aces, including a season-high five aces in a 3-1 win over Penn St. Abington on October 8. Faith dished a season-high 29 assists in a 3-1 home win over Alvernia on October 13, finishing with 11 games with 20+ assists. She played her final game of her career on November 4 when the Chargers faced SUNY Morrisville in the United East Semifinals, posting nine assists and 10 digs. Helman finished her LBC career with 1,532 career assists, which currently stands as the 4th-most assists in program history.
2021: Helman started in 20 of her 23 matches for Lancaster Bible during the 2021 Season. Helman was the facilitator of the Chargers' attack, handing out more than seven assists per set. Her season total clocked in at 565 assists as the number one option for Lancaster Bible at the setter position. In addition, she recorded 13 kills and 29 service aces, which was 4th-most on the team in 2021. She was one of five Lancaster Bible players with over 100 digs with 148, and assisted on 10 blocks. Helman's best match came on October 5 at Alvernia, dishing a season-high 46 assists along with 12 digs and a service ace. On a historical note, she registered her 1,000th career assist on October 24 vs Gallaudet, becoming the sixth player in program history to reach the milestone.
2020: No season due to COVID-19 pandemic.
2019: Faith Helman appeared in 22 of Lancaster Bible's 32 matches as a freshman. After taking over the starting setter position midway through the season, Helman posted 468 assists to go with four kills and 16 aces. She also posted 99 digs and five blocks for the Chargers. Helman was named to the NEAC All-Conference 3rd Team.
