2024:Â Reap was a standout in her first season with the Chargers, starting all 36 matches and helping command the offensive attack for LBC. She finished second on the team in kills, kills per set, and total attacks, ranking third in the United East Conference with 290 total kills and top-25 in the conference in kills per set and hitting percentage at 2.27 and .205 respectively. Madison reached double-digit kills in 12 different matches, including a season-high 17 kills twice against Elizabethtown on September 21 and Penn St. Abington on November 9 to lead LBC to a Quarterfinal victory in the conference playoffs. Reap had a season-high nine service aces against Valley Forge on October 1, the first time a Charger had at least nine aces in a match since 2019; she also finished tied for second in all of NCAA Division III in total service aces, landing 89 on the year and giving her the second-most aces in a single season by a LBC player all-time. Reap capped off her fantastic rookie season with United East Rookie of the Year honors, earning a 1st Team All-Conference selection as well.
