Washington, D.C- The women's volleyball team scored their first victory of the season by beating Trinity College decidedly in three sets (25-15, 25-13, 25-10). With the win, the Chargers improve their record to 1-5 on the season.
The Chargers were led by senior outside hitter Hannah Noble (Littlestown, PA) with fifteen kills and only three errors. Freshman setter, Elissa Hunsberger (Norristown, PA), led the team with twenty-three assists.
Coach Mable expressed her feelings this way: “It's a great confidence boost to get a sound win against a team like that.” The Chargers will look to add to their win Tuesday, September 9th at 7:00 when they host Cedar Crest College.
