How many emotions can you feel in 3:08?
On Saturday in Utica, New York the Lancaster Bible College men's soccer team went from feeling
good about a possible win, to
nervous about a change in momentum when SUNYIT tied the game at 1-1. Next came
fear and
heartache when SUNYIT scored again, 2:07 after making it 1-1 to take a 2-1 lead. 1:01 later, the Chargers' felt
exuberant when senior
Travis Weyandt tied the game at 2-2.

3:08 - five very different emotions.
In the end, the Chargers and Wildcats tied 2-2 in a crazy game that featured not only a spectacular finish, but more mud than both teams could handle from the field that was less than playable to many in attendance.
"We played great defensively today," Chargers' Head Coach
Tom Ardt said. "The field was very muddy, but both teams played through it and I thought we played a good, tough game."
Sean Westerlund got LBC on the board at the 33:44 mark to make it 1-0 LBC. The Chargers held the lead until Trevor Totman scored with 7:17 remaining to tie the game 1-1. SUNYIT's Mario Gomez scored with 5:10 left to give the Wildcats their first lead at 2-1.
Weyandt's goal 1:01 later sent the game to overtime where both teams had a few chances, but neither could win the game.
"Jarrod [Bergey] made some huge saves for us and the midfielders played great," Ardt said. Cory [Greiser] and Sean [Westerlund] were dangerous up top for us and everyone just did their part for us."
Though LBC had decent chances throughout the day, SUNYIT out shot the Chargers, 24-7 and held a 5-4 edge in corner kicks.
"We obviously wanted to win today, but a tie in a game like this against the top team in the conference is good for us," Ardt said.
The Chargers will look to keep the momentum going on Thursday when they host Keuka at 1:00 p.m.
