In a season of firsts for the Lancaster Bible College men's tennis team, the squad added another on Monday as they won the program's first-ever home match. The Chargers defeated Mount Aloysius, 8-1 at Linden Hall School on Monday, bringing their record to 3-8 overall and 3-6 this spring.
Monday, April 16:
Lancaster Bible 8, Mount Aloysius 1
LBC won all three doubles matches and cruised to an easy victory over the Mounties.

Alex Ko,
Brandon Cutler and
Jeremy Davis each were part of a doubles victory and won their singles match. Ko posted a 6-0, 6-0 victory over Mount Aloysius' John Feltch.
Thursday, April 12:

Jeremy Davis posted the lone win of the day for the Chargers as he won at number six singles, 6-4, 6-1. Davis and his doubles partner,
Brandon Cutler, fell just short in their number three doubles match, losing 8-6.
Tuesday, April 10:
Baptist Bible 6, Lancaster Bible 3
Davis and
Alex Ko picked up singles victories for the Chargers, while the number three doubles team of
Alex Derus and
Dan Soden won, 8-6. Ko won his number three singles match over Ryan Miller, 6-3, 6-4, while Davis won at number five singles, 6-0, 6-2 over BBC's Derek Guest.
The LBC women's tennis team has played just once since its April 1 victory over St. Elizabeth, falling to Penn St. Berks, 9-0 on April 11.
Michelle Ringler, playing at number two singles, won the first set, 7-5, but couldn't hold on and lost to Arion Harris, 5-7, 6-2, 6-4. The Chargers are 2-8 overall and 2-4 this spring.
