The Lancaster Bible College women's tennis team lost to Eastern on Tuesday, 9-0.

The Eagles, always a very good team, wasted no time as they won all three doubles matches, taking an early 3-0 lead. Kayla Scott gave the Chargers their best chance for a victory, but came up just short as she lost her number two singles match, 6-4, 7-5. 

The Chargers (2-9, 1-3 NEAC) return to action this Friday and Saturday when they will face Keuka and Wells in upstate New York. LBC will wrap-up its season next week with home matches against Bryn Athyn and King's.
