The Lancaster Bible women's tennis team is back at the .500 mark after its 7-2 victory over Bryn Athyn on Tuesday in Lititz, Pa. The Chargers won all three doubles matches and then took four of the six singles matches.
The number one doubles team of
Anna Stefano and
Julia Dariychuk won 8-3 to give the Chargers a great start, while the number two doubles team of
Kacie Scott and Brianna Smith also won, 8-3.
Kayla Weaser and Steph Blest won an easy 8-0 decision at number three doubles.
Dariychuk, Smith, Weaser and Blest all won their singles matches as Dariychuk and Weaser won by scores of 6-0, 6-0.
Lancaster Bible retuns to action on Friday when they open North Eastern Athletic Conference play at Penn St. Abington. First serve is scheduled for 12 p.m.
