The Lancaster Bible College women's volleyball team finished its regular season with two losses on Saturday as the Chargers dropped matches to Cabrini and Lebanon Valley. Lancaster Bible caps the regular season with a record of 15-19 and will now get set for the North Eastern Athletic Conference Playoffs which begin next Friday in Utica, N.Y.

How it Happened: Cabrini, the top team in the Colonial States Athletic Conference, jumped out to an 8-1 lead in the first set and never looked back. Though the Chargers played well throughout the match, the Cavaliers answered every time the Chargers tried to make a run.
By the Numbers: Cabrini had 47 kills, while the Chargers had 27...The Chargers had 53 digs, while Cabrini had 61...Senior 
Emily Olson had a team-high nine kills for the Chargers, while freshman 
Allison Shuey had 24 assists and three blocks...Junior 
Alyssa Bowen had seven kills and fellow junior 
Myranda Kemrer led all Chargers with 18 digs.
The Coach Says: "We played very well," Lancaster Bible Head Coach 
Lauren Bewley said. "We were smooth and played together in each of the three sets and this may have been one of our more complete matches. Cabrini is a very good team and these are the types of teams we need to play well against moving forward."
Information Hodge Podge: This was the first all-time meeting between the two teams...The Chargers went 1-1 against CSAC teams this season.

How it Happened: The Dutchmen, celebrating Senior Day, broke open a close match late in the opening set and cruised the rest of the way as they handed the Chargers their third straight loss.
By the Numbers: Lebanon Valley had 41 kills, while the Chargers had 21...Bowen led the Chargers with five kills, while Olson and 
Ashtyn Bouslog had four kills each...
Hannah Gipe had a team-high four aces, while Kemrer again led the team in digs as she had 12 against LVC.
Information Hodge Podge: Lancaster Bible drops to 1-9 all-time against Lebanon Valley...The Chargers are 7-13 away from Horst Athletic Center this season.
