The Lancaster Bible College women's volleyball team dropped its third straight match on Tuesday night, falling to York (Pa.), 3-1 in York, Pa. The Chargers lost, 25-15, 25-17, 20-25, 25-9 and are now 7-10 this season, while the Spartans improved to 14-5. 

By the Numbers: Lancaster Bible managed just 21 kills over the four sets, while York had 43...Junior Hannah Gipe had a team-high eight kills and also added two blocks...Senior Myranda Kemrer added a team-best 14 digs and also had two aces...Freshman Bekah Roberts had seven kills and two solo blocks...Junior Hannah Thompson chipped in with 11 digs, while sophomore Allison Shuey had a team-high 15 assists...Eryn Brady led the Spartans with 12 kills.

Information Hodge Podge: Lancaster Bible is now 0-3 all-time against York...The Chargers also played York in 2016 (L, 3-0) and 2001 (L, 3-0)...This is the second three-match losing streak of the season for Lancaster Bible, as the Chargers dropped their first three matches of 2017 as well...York has won five matches in a row and eight of its last nine...The Spartans are 6-1 at home this season.
