The Lancaster Bible College field hockey team dropped its second straight game on Thursday, as the Chargers lost to Stevenson, 8-0 in Owings Mills, Md. Lancaster Bible is now 1-4 this season, while the Mustangs improved to 2-4.

How it Happened: Stevenson dominated play from the opening whistle to the final whistle, scoring 1:36 into the contest on a goal from Kaitlin Karns. Two straight goals from Anna Bauer four and six minutes later made it 3-0, and Karns added her second of the game at 13:47 to make it 4-0 in favor of the home team.

Karns completed the hat trick with just over five minutes remaining in the opening half, and the Mustangs led, 5-0 at the break.

Mackenzie Rieger and Cristina Parrish scored in the third quarter for the Mustangs, and a fourth-quarter goal from Alexis Arruda produced the final score.
