How It Happened
The Lancaster Bible Men's Soccer Team fell in a nonconference matchup with the College of New Jersey (TCNJ) by a score of 3-2 on Wednesday, October 6.

The Chargers got off to a fast start, creating early scoring opportunities. Chad Tolson and Jackson Shreiner launched shots, but neither was on goal. In the 29th minute, TCNJ would score, taking an early 1-0 lead. The goal stunned LBC's attack, as TCNJ was able to control possession and fire seven more shots in the half. In the 44th minute, Kedric Yoder would win a ball near midfield and he then raced through the Lions' defense and scored a goal, his fourth of the season.

TCNJ came out strong in the second half, scoring a pair of goals to take a 3-1 lead. The Chargers would attempt to battle back, scoring in the 78th minute. Jackson Shreiner played a ball down the left side to Kedric Yoder, who crossed the ball perfectly to the feet of Devyn Kintzer. Kintzer blasted the ball into the upper right-hand corner to pull the Chargers back within one. LBC had captured the momentum and pushed the ball up the field looking for an equalizer, but could not find one, falling 3-2.
