The United East Conference released their 2024 United East Volt Division Softball Major Award Winners and All-Conference Selections. Seniors Phoebe Clemens and Alyssa Hamilton earned All-Conference Second Team recognition for their success on the field this season. This is Clemens' fourth straight year earning an All-Conference bid and Hamilton's third straight year. Both Clemens and Hamilton were previously named to the NCCAA Midwest All-Region for the 2024 season.

Clemens had a phenomenal year from the plate, leading the Chargers to their first postseason appearance since the program was reintroduced in 2014. The senior from Honey Brook, Pa. ranked top five of the conference in ten total categories including batting average (.496), slugging percentage (.779), on-base percentage (.556), hits (56), runs batted in (31), triples (7), home runs (3), and stolen bases (35). Leading the conference in all four major hitting statistics and on-base percentages, she also is top ten in the NCCAA for batting average and slugging percentage and tied for 17^th in the NCAA DIII for batting average. On the base path, Clemens stole a team-high 35 bases and contributed to 11 total double plays this season.

Joining her on the Second Team is fellow senior pitcher and center fielder Alyssa Hamilton. Hamilton had a second-best .306 batting average for the Chargers, tallying 33 hits, 31 runs, and a team-leading 13 doubles. She also smashed a career-high six home runs this season. On the mound, Hamilton accrued seven wins and 23 total strikeouts, finishing her three-year career with 21 wins and 102 total strikeouts.
