The Lancaster Bible College Men's Tennis team squared off against the visiting Immaculata Mighty Macs on Tuesday afternoon winning 6-1. The Chargers improve to 1-1 this fall while the Mighty Macs fall to 0-1 overall.
Looking for their first win of the fall season, the Chargers saw strong effort in doubles action to pick up all three wins.
Josh Jarvis and
Cameron Tripp won at the number-one slot 6-1 while teammates
Owen Mileham and
Austin King won their match easily. The Chargers won the third match by forfeit.
The Chargers won five out of the six singles matches beginning with Jarvis who won an exciting three set match 6-1, 4-6, 10-5. Tripp fell at the number-two slot but
Owen Mileham picked up his first win as a Charger at the three-slot. Cole Sheihing also picked up a singles win 6-2, 6-3 to end the night.
