Camden Hurst with a layup to cap a 14-0 opening run, keeping the Roadrunners off the board for the first five minutes of the game. Around the 12-minute mark of the half, Storr broke away for a loud dunk to ignite the crowd, then had another breakaway score 30 seconds later to make the lead 22-4 early on. Within the next minute, junior
Trey Grube came off the bench and lit it up for back-to-back 3-pointers to push the lead over 20 points for the Chargers. Hurst kept up the scoring with an and-one layup then a breakaway in the paint, then Grube added two more buckets including a corner three to tie the largest lead of the half at 36 points. Senior
