The Lancaster Bible College Baseball team picked up a 14-11 win on the road against Penn St. Berks on Friday afternoon after an 11 run third inning. The Chargers improve to 10-9 overall while the Lions drop to 3-12 overall.

How It Happened: Dylan Witkowski managed to score off a ground out from Evan Sareyka to put the Chargers on top, but it wasn't until the third inning that the floodgates opened. The Chargers managed to score 11 total runs on six hits including two triples and one double. Sareyka and Micah Sloane both managed to tally two hits in the top of the inning alone bringing in a total of five runs batted in alone. The Chargers added two more runs in the fourth inning to make it a 14-0 lead.

Despite the scoring outburst, the Lions began to chip away scoring 11 total runs through the next five innings but the comeback fell short as the Chargers earned their 10^th win of the season 14-11.
